Moods Faster
Quick mood logging for Apple Health
Press Kit

Summary
Moods Faster is designed to help you quickly log every mood to Apple Health, and efficiently explore your entire mood history.
Having a historical bank of logged moods over the years can allow you to correlate how context and routines affect your mental wellbeing, which in turn enables you to make more informed choices in the future, with your wellbeing in mind.
Moreover, Apple Health is a fantastic place for those historical logged moods; It's reliable, private, and (with permission) accessible by third party apps that you might want to visualise your moods with in the future.
The problem is that historical bank of moods will only materialise if it's effortless to log those moods. Otherwise life will get in the way, and those well-meaning notifications will be dismissed again and again.
This is the problem Moods Faster is designed to solve. It helps you create that wealth of personal mood data in Apple Health so future you can benefit from the learning it enables.
